Check out their website for the full schedule of events.

Catching up...

ASAH is alive and well. Just to recap, the June 5th edition of the show featured an interview with film director Andrew Neel. (You can still listen to it through CKUT's archives.) We spoke about his excellent documentary on Alice Neel, one of the great portrait painters of the 20th century. The film was released in 2007 through SeeThink Productions.

Maria Hupfield on the February Edition

You may have seen Maria Hupfield's work recently in the exhibition Beat Nation at the Musée d'art contemporain. She currently has work up at the SBC gallery in a show called Stage Set Stage, on until the 22nd of February. I had a chance to speak with the Canadian-born, Brooklyn based artist a couple of weeks ago, and we'll be airing that interview on the show this afternoon, Thursday February 6th. If you can't listen live, it will subsequently be available for download through the archives.
